A Utah company agreed to buy International
Stamp Exchange Corp.
Miami Beach-based International Stamp Exchange said it agreed in principle
to be acquired by Coach Investments Inc., a Utah investment company. International
Stamp, a company that trades rare stamps electronically, said it will
receive shares of Coach Investments in exchange for all its shares. O.
Robert Meredith, an attorney for Coach Investments, said the Utah company’s
shares are not currently traded and have “negligible value.”
Shareholders of both companies must approve the transaction, which is
scheduled to close March 24.
